Gruppo Piazzetta S.p.A., with registered office in via Montello 22, 31011 Casella d'Asolo - Treviso, in its capacity as data controller of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as 'Data Controller'), issues this information notice in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data, for the purpose of informing you of the purposes and methods of the processing of personal data that you may communicate while browsing this website (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site').

It should be noted that this notice refers only to the Site and not to websites of third parties that the User may be able to reach via links therein.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing.

Data provided voluntarily by the User

The sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site - which is optional, explicit and voluntary - entails the subsequent acquisition of your e-mail address, which is necessary in order to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data communicated. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING, NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL

The Data Controller will process your data in order to facilitate your navigation and to provide the services you may request through the forms provided on the Site. Apart from what has been specified for navigation data and technical cookies, within the sections of the Site set up for particular services at your request you will be free to provide your personal data for the purposes set out in the respective information notices, but failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

 

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Data Controller shall process personal data collected through the use of the Site for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, once this time has expired, for any time period established by the regulations in force. SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION

Where necessary for the purposes set out above, some of your personal data may possibly be transferred to entities established in non-EU countries and/or to international organisations, subject to the specific conditions and adequate safeguards set out in the GDPR and, in particular, to the existence of adequacy decisions issued by the EU Commission for certain countries that guarantee the same level of protection for transferred data as is guaranteed in the European Union.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

It is your right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and to rectify them if they are inaccurate, to delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain the portability of the data personally provided only if they are subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. You also have the right to revoke the consent given for the purposes of processing that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the time of revocation.
